- Upon expiration or termination of the subscription, access to premium features, training, and support will be discontinued.
2. Refund Policy
- No Refund Policy: Once a payment, purchase, or subscription has been processed, it is non-refundable under any circumstances.
- We recommend that users explore trial versions or demo access before making a purchase to ensure the product or service meets their business needs.
3. Training & Support
- Complete training materials, documentation, and video tutorials related to our software and services will be provided during the active subscription period.
- Ongoing support is available via WhatsApp, email, or phone calls until the subscription expires.
- Post-subscription, training and support services will no longer be available unless the subscription is renewed.
4. Integrations & Customization
- Basic documentation, API keys, webhook guidelines, and integration instructions are provided to clients for self-managed setup.
- If you request our team to perform advanced integrations, third-party setups, or custom automation, additional service charges will apply.
- Custom feature requests or modifications beyond the standard scope of service are also subject to separate costs and timelines.
5. User Responsibility
- Users are solely responsible for providing accurate business, technical, and account details required for the use and operation of our services.
- Any misuse of the Next Auto Tech platform β including illegal, unauthorized, or abusive activities β is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or legal action.
- Users must ensure that all actions comply with applicable laws and platform policies (e.g., Meta, WhatsApp, Google).
6. Limitation of Liability
While Next Auto Tech strives to deliver reliable, secure, and efficient services, we are not liable for:
- Any data loss resulting from user-side errors, third-party services, expired subscriptions, or misuse.
- Service downtime or interruptions caused by third-party platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, Meta, hosting providers, payment gateways).
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
